I am an Accredited Executive Coach and Trainer

with 14 years’ experience in Financial Services.

Profile

I was born and grew up in a small town in the south of Italy, in Sicily.

That cultural environment strongly laid the foundations of my values system

and led me to choosing a field of study which allowed me to explore human nature

and social behaviour. After obtaining a degree in Occupational Psychology in Rome,

I moved to London in 2001 wanting to further explore applications of Social and Organisational Psychology.

 

After graduating with a MSc at the London School of Economics I started my career in Banking, specialising in Talent Development. I had the opportunity to work for some of the most prestigious international investment banks, covering a variety of roles that led me to understand how to best approach development in a corporate environment. I obtained my Executive Coaching diploma from the Academy of Executive Coaching and started practising as an internal coach.

 

Before deciding of founding VB Executive Development I specialised in Leadership Development, focusing on professional growth for high potential executives.

I truly appreciate cultural differences by being Italian and having worked for American, European and British companies.

I can coach in English and Italian.

 

My clients are middle to senior executives in various sectors including Financial and Professional Services, Pharmaceutical, Management Consulting and Public Health.

 

I also enjoy coaching entrepreneurs to help them defining their strategy as they set up their business.

My coaching style is deeply influenced by my educational background in Psychology applied to work and organisations, and my Mediterranean cultural background, strongly based on the values of authenticity, empathy and integrity.
